In 1947, a year of serious decline in the Spanish economy, our founder, Santos Alonso took the initiative to begin the activities of this company in a room in his family home, thus providing the first rubber stamp manufacturing and book binding service in León province. Ten years later and with technological advances in the Graphic Arts sector, the company started manufacturing zinc stencils for use in typographic printing, extending the services of the company to bordering provinces and opening premises in the “El Ejido” area of León.
At the beginning of the 70s, after 20 years of experience in the business, the company decided to adapt to new technological changes which would revolutionize the world of filling and packaging and incorporated new equipment for manufacturing rubber plates for flexographic printing, and created new drawing and photomechanical departments. The company then went on to manufacture photopolymer resin-based stencils.
The rapid evolution and development of this new system of printing lead to the construction of the current company premises and head office which occupy a structural surface of 1,500m2.
